Bryden has worked in the freight forwarding, customs and logistics industry for 21 years. Prior to establishing Compliant Business Processing, Bryden held a GM role with a multi-national forwarder. In that capacity he instigated, implemented and oversaw the offshoring of a variety of operational, accounting and customer service tasks utilizing 3rd parties in Indonesia, China, India and the Philippines. Having a wholesale customs brokerage business exclusively servicing freight forwarders, Bryden realized it made sense to establish Compliantâs own offshore team to assist with data processing activities. It then became apparent that Compliantâs freight forwarding customers and others in the logistics supply chain would derive value from Compliantâs industry experience and our business infrastructure in the Philippines. And so Compliant Business Processing was created, servicing freight forwarders, 3PLâs and transport operators with labor alternatives from the Philippines.
Clint is the founding Director of Compliant Customs, Australiaâs first exclusively wholesale customs brokerage â the same business that led to the evolution of the Compliant Group of companies. Clint now possesses 31 years industry experience. Prior to establishing Compliant Customs, Clint was a lecturer in international trade for aspiring customs brokers and held senior positions in both the SME and multinational sectors, as well as working for over 5 years as a senior international trade consultant with both PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Clint believes the key to the success of the Compliant Group always has been and always will be the people, and this remains his number one focus to this day.
Matt has more than 24 years of experience within the international logistics, customs and supply chain industry. Matt started his career in 1999, joining a small Customs Brokerage in Sydney, where he developed a keen interest in the world of international trade. Matt continued his career within multinational freight forwarders, eventually moving into sales positions with landside service & equipment providers before moving into international logistics recruitment. Matt established his own supply chain recruitment agency in 2010, which became one of the largest providers of staff to the international freight and logistics industry in Australia. Initially resistant to the outsourced BPO service model, Matt sold his recruitment agency in 2018 and joined CBP after realizing a strong BPO partner could significantly eliminate pain points and provide substantial savings and increased capabilities to industry members across the globe.

Dona possesses 18 years of management experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry.
She ensures CBP runs efficiently and smoothly for our clientsâfrom operations to support functional groupings within a BPO environmentâand is instrumental in providing system standardization and leadership to the entire CBP Manila team. Dona is very much at home creating operational centers of excellence.
Dona also served as the Head of Service Delivery for Airfreight and Ocean Freight at the DHL Global Service Center for their Freight Forwarding division. There, she provided overall leadership, management, and oversight of business systems, processes, and performance results.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration.
Alvin has over 20 years of experience in the BPO industry, including 15 years in operations management.
Before joining CBP, Alvin served as Airfreight Manager for DHL, overseeing multiple workstreams across countries. He spent the majority of his career at Maersk Line, refining expertise in shipping, logistics, project management, automation, business intelligence, and Lean Six Sigma process improvement.
As Head of Operations at CBP, Alvin is responsible for all client accounts in the Manila office, ensuring each team meets and exceeds their targets.
Navel has over 16 years of experience in logistics and BPO, including roles at DHL Global Forwarding. She progressed from Process Specialist to Team Lead, managing both import/export airfreight operations and leading teams of up to 18 people.
She joined CBP in 2017 as a Team Lead handling a major account that grew from 5 to 32 team members. Her team received the Paramount Performance Award for accuracy.
After 4 years, she became Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing accounts, applying operational strategies, and developing her team.
Though she holds a degree in Secondary Education, her passion for finance also led her to experience roles in AP/AR and remittance.
She has also been active in youth leadership as a Chairman in various organizations during high school and college.

Cris has a combined experience of 18 years in the local logistics and shared services freight forwarding industry, handling operations management.
Before joining CBP, he worked his way up from Process Associate to Team Manager for Ocean Freight at DHL Global Forwarding â Shared Services, managing various workstreams across ASPA, Americas, EMEA, and Europe.
At CBP, he leads operational and transactional teams for the UK and Canada, ensuring high-quality performance and client satisfaction. He is known for his strong stakeholder management, people development skills, and delivery reliability.
Cris holds a BS in Computer Science from Philippine Christian University.
Before joining CBP, Fe worked in multiple industries including BPO, freight forwarding, and food and beverage. She has over 18 years of HR leadership experience. She holds a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Industrial Relations.
As CBPâs HR Manager, Fe oversees all aspects of people management. Her team handles recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compliance, compensation and benefits, development, and employee engagement. She works closely with Operations to resolve people-related concerns and support team performance.
Gab brings over 12 years of experience in the local and BPO industry, focusing on logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply chain services.
He began at CBP as a Process Specialist, was quickly promoted to Operations Team Leader, and led one of the companyâs largest accounts, growing from 4 to 34 team members. He then moved to the Implementation Team and, after only six months, was promoted to Implementation Manager.
Gab leads the onboarding and transition of new accounts, developing SOPs, training materials, and performance metrics. He works closely with Sales and Site leadership to deliver seamless project implementations.
He holds a BS in Customs Administration from LPU-Batangas, is a Licensed Customs Broker (PH), and is certified as Classifier II under IFCBAA (Australia).

Ronn Ivan brings over 18 years of experience in IT and systems management. He began his career at DHL Global Forwarding in 2007 and later supported DHL Exel Supply Chain. Before CBP, he was ICT Manager at Delsan Office Systems Corp.
As CBP's Head of IT, he ensures the smooth operation of all systems, applications, hardware, and software. He is responsible for network troubleshooting, reducing downtime, server/database backups, ISP coordination, and biometrics administration.
Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Informatics Computer College in Caloocan City.
Johanna brings over 10 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on content creation, social media, graphic design, and brand management.
She previously held marketing roles in various companies where she sharpened her strategic and creative abilities to launch effective campaigns.
As Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at CBP, she leads initiatives such as graphic design, social media, copywriting, content management, web management, analytics, and online advertising.
Johanna graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Mass Communication from Far Eastern University.
Lain has 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Process Improvement, and Operational Audits across industries like maritime, BPO-clinical research, food, consulting, and the public sector.
She specializes in implementing QEHS, Information Security, and Business Continuity Management Systems. At CBP, she contributed significantly to the company's successful ISO 9001:2015 certification under Project ISO during her first year.
She earned her BS in Chemical Engineering from Batangas State University (BatSU-TNEU), obtained her license immediately after graduation, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Batangas.
Lain also serves as CBPâs Data Protection Officer and Quality Management Representative.
